There are many things I like about this hotel. It is centrally located, the staff is super friendly, and the room is well equipped with the kinds of things you need when you travel, especially outlets. And one thing that usually goes unnoticed: the elevators actually operate quickly so that even if you were on the seventh floor, you need an or about being stranded. There are two things that did not rise to the level of everything else. One, the hot breakfast items were not consistently hot. There is a chef preparing them, but the heat lamps under which the ages, etc. are placed are insufficient for keeping them warm. Two, the Internet is one of those irritating kinds where you have to re-sign up every 24 hours whether you use the premium conversion or the normal version. This is not uncommon, but if I knew in advance, I would’ve picked a different hotel. Bottom line: I find it unconscionable to offer that kind of cheap Internet service when clearly most of the clients are business people who want effective Internet. All in all, a good experience. I hope the Hotel reads this and makes two corrections that would make it an excellent experience.

Unfortunately we were put in a room that faces the road where there are ongoing roadworks. These went on all through the night, we gave up at 7 am and went for breakfast then headed straight home. The lorries were constantly back and forth with reversing alarms going. I have complained to premier inn but they accept no responsibility for placing guests in rooms while this work continues. Avoid Waterloo Street Birmingham for the time being.

少し離れたエリアなので鉄道駅から行く道がわかりにくかった。その分静かで(寂しいところというわけではなく)過ごしやすいと感じました。キッチン付きはとても助かります。(毎日出かけていたので電子レンジとポットくらいしか使用しませんでしたが)。水回りも水量温度等申し分なく快適でした。

Hotellet ligger centralt og meget tæt på tog stationen og shopping muligheder. Derfor er der også en del støj. Desværre var der vejarbejde (de borede i beton) lige udenfor vores værelse hver aften hvilket startede kl22:30. Ellers var værelset pænt og rent. Morgenmaden var en meget lækker buffet.
