Excellent location for town. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Stayed for 3 nights but waste bins were not emptied and needed to request toilet roll. Breakfast adequate but coffee machine broke and had to wait 20 minutes ,and a reminder for cup of coffee to be brought up from restaurant, and was like warm when arrived.
