Absolutely loved staying here. Dinner on the patio with live music. Massage by Brenda ( someone with 20 years experience) fixed my neck and arm pain.. facial by Monica so completely wonderful .. relaxing lovely products and advice on skin care . Couldn’t recommend more highly ... all the staff were so polite, friendly and helpful ..

It was great except the service was subpar in the restaurant and room service. Wait staff was ill informed of the menus and the room service never got our order right both morning and didn’t pick it up menu order we hung from from our door night before. I had to call front desk several times for clarity. The grounds were beautiful. The accommodations were great, bed too soft. Inexperienced staff for such a high level boutique stay.

We loved everything about this property. Wonderful quiet place, gorgeous design with attention to details and convenience in the rooms as well as small inner gardens full of plants, fountains, flowers and beautiful lighting at night. Grill is the best restaurant we dinned in Tucson

The hotel was beautiful. i traveled during covid so it was not crowded at all. the food was wonderful. my personal experience is that it had a very romantic vibe.

I felt like I was being gouged by the $29 + tax per day for a resort fee that was added at check out since at the time of booking our reservation said the total cost for 2 nights was $930.83 The food in the fine dining restaurant was only mediocre which is not what we expected. Our server was pleasant but seemed a bit confused about our drink order when we asked about the different Tonic's that we saw on the room service menu. We left our room about 9am on Saturday and were disappointed that it had not been attended to when we returned around 2:30pm.
