Amazing location
The location is amazing, close to the subway station. The room for the most part was clean, although it needs a little bit of TLC with all the dusty-looking vents. Be aware that the toilet and the shower room are all connected so when you shower, everything gets wet. The only thing that I did not like was that there isn't a window and it was not indicated when I booked my reservation. I always have to have a window when I book a room because without it, it's depressing and I want to know when it's morning already. But other than that, not too shabby for somewhat of a budget hotel. It was still pretty expensive but I guess that's how it is in Singapore.

Got a room with bugs in bathroom, mould, very dusty floor and generally unclean. They gave us another room with similar issues and the bed springs would poke into our back(see photos). This is suppose to be sgclean rated. I will not stay here again

When I arrived, there were muddy footprints in the bathroom leading to the vanity. The bathroom itself needs a good scrub. The air conditioner was too cold and to switch it on / off, you have to call the front desk every time! The extra blanket provided was so old and had holes from cigarette burns. The staff were pleasant enough and I liked the wifi and luggage storage. The best thing about the hotel was the location! So so close to an MRT station and within walking distance to Bugis.
