We stayed here as a family of 7 and booked two rooms. We arrived very early after traveling since 3:00 AM. The staff were initially very friendly, allowing us to store our luggage and successfully accommodating our request to have both rooms on the same floor.Unfortunately, check-in at 3:00 PM became quite stressful. Despite having a collection ticket, one of our suitcases went missing from the storage room, causing a temporary panic before a staff member retrieved it from another office with no explanation. Furthermore, the rooms weren't ready on the hotel's system, forcing the front desk staff to physically go and check them before we could finally enter. The biggest issue was the room comfort. The AC was completely broken in the room shared by my dad, brother, and child. Maintenance claimed to fix it while we were out, but when we returned, the room was still stifling hot. I complained a second time, and the staff member verified the windows were shut and promised to return to the room in 10 minutes. He never showed up. We were far too exhausted to keep chasing them and had to sleep in a hot room.On a positive note, the hotel is in a fantastic location near the metro, supermarkets, and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was also incredible and a huge hit with the kids.It is a great hotel for location and food, but the room maintenance, organization, and communication need major improvement.
