Unfortunately, I didn't stay at the hotel "Grand Plaza Conakry" due to change of departure time from Paris. But I was still charged with the hotel fees even though I didn't stay at the hotel. When I ask for refund, I was told they couldn't refund me. Hotel Grand Plaza Conakry and it management are fraud. I would not recommend

Ich habe den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Egal welches Problem ws gab es wurde für alle eine Lösung gefunden. Reinigung des Zimmers erdolgt auf anfrage an der Rezeption. Dort hinterlässt man den Zimmerschlüssel und wenn man wieder kommt ist alles sauber. Selbst als ich krank wurde kam jemand zum übersetzen mit zur Apotheke um mir Medikamente zu holen. Ich würde jeder zeit wieder kommen.

And the staff was amazing, i will love to give a great thanks to all of the staff for their hard work, but i will love to say a special thank you to one of the staff name Florenctin , without her helpful nature and her smile and for helping us for translator of French to English, ahe was the best and amazing human being.
