Beaty spot

Arrived on Sunday to find that no restaurant/chef available. We did not know this and could have been a problem had we not been able to get a curry delivered! The bar too was a bit of an issue, however, this was made available to us and dining Al Fresco with a beautiful view was accomplished. Very nice people and a stunning setting. We all had individual rooms/fires that were well prepared and provided the rest that was needed.

Endroit très agréable qui domine la ville et le pont bien en face. Pas pu dîner ( il faut réserver) Les alentours du chalet assez herbeux Verre en carton pour le petit déjeuner. Tout cela pas grave, cela pourrait être un détail, mais pas à plus de 110€ la chambre sans petit déjeuner. Je ne pense pas y revenir.

Correct mais peux s'améliorer

Dans l'ensemble notre séjour s'est bien passé. La piscine, la situation et l'ambiance générale, sont super!! Nous avons bien apprécié aussi la clim dans la chambre ( bien que compliquée à mettre en marche...) Par contre nous pensons que l'établissement peux améliorer ses services. - Le nettoyage quotidien des chambres, doit s'améliorer, netoyage du sol, changement des serviettes lorsque c'est demandé. A notre arrivée dans la chambre , une des serviettes de bain contenait des cheveux. ( Nous l'avons mise par terre selon les instructions affichées, et elle n'a jamais été remplacée...) un jour en revenant en fin d'après midi à notre chambre, nous avons éte surpris de constater que le ménage n'avait pas été terminé, seulement le lit de fait.... - Les petits déjeuners qui étaient non inclus, la qualité du salé est à revoir pour le prix...(Lard bouilli... Riz sans saveur...) - Dans l'ensemble plusieurs petits détails peuvent s'améliorer, par exemple : Respect des horaires affichées la mise a disposition d'un toutou bar c'est bien, avec de l'eau dans la gamelle c'est mieux... Le restaurant qui accepte la carte titre restaurant c'est un plus ect....

Si vous cherchez de l'intimité ou un hôtel 3*, fuyez...! Prestations bien en deçà des standards. Bruyant, pas de rideau (ce qui limite les tenues légères compte tenu des passages), pas de bouteilles d'eau (ou payantes), même pas un bouilloire... Le F1 du coin a les même qualitésais sans piscine... Je ne parle même pas de "la laverie" disfonctionnente... Extrêmement déçu

Alles klar okay, schöner kleiner Pool, mit toller Aussicht. Zu Fuß bis Millau zieht es sich ein wenig. Heute morgen stand ich vor verschlossener Rezeption zum Check-Out, die Info, das links ein grüner Briefkasten hängt, hätte ich gerne beim Einchecken gehabt, gleichwohl ändert das nichts am super Personal, die Dame an der Rezeption weiß, was Service bedeutet.
