spacious and quiet
Really well set out. the bedroom was separate to the dining and the doors were really quiet so it didn't wake the kids and the bathroom was the furthest away.

Cute family retreat in Tokyo.
Good option for an Australian family in Tokyo. Very helpful staff and easy continental breakfast for 600yen/person. We had a Grand Family room which had two bedrooms and a basic kitchenette and washer dryer. Two toilets and bathroom with small bath.Very modern with a fresh refit and cute style. Spacious by Tokyo standards but small compared to Aus/NZ. Our children did find the Japanese style futon mattress on the floor not comfortable after a couple of nights. Overall it was cute and a good place to come back and relax after the bustle of the city.

A lovely self-serviced apartment hotel
My husband and I chose this hotel for its location and the spaciousness of the room. I must say, Hundred Stay Tokyo Shinjuku far exceeded our expectations! We had the Superior Queen Room and the room was quite generous for what it was and we loved the little kitchenette and bathroom. The bathroom is separated into 3 x rooms - a toilet, main sink area with a large mirror and the shower with a bath. It was by far the most interesting and most efficient bathroom we've ever had and we loved the toilet bidet. It was better than some of the other ones we've used in other hotels. Everything felt like it was good quality. After checking in, we actually did our laundry using the complimentary washing machines and dryers downstairs in the basement. The only thing we had to purchase was the laundry detergent from Reception. We loved that this service was free! The local area offered lots of food from different cultures as well as shops. It's a close walk to Okubo and Shin-Okubo Stations. I would highly recommend this hotel for what it's worth!!

Hotel was good
Hotel was amazing. Room was a standard western sized room (if you've stayed in Tokyo before you'll know the rooms are tiny) and the bed was big, comfortable but quiet firm. No laundry service but you do have access to a laundry facility in the building. A lot further out of Shinjuku then it looks on the map (15-20 min walk) however was only a 2 minute walk to the train and about 5 minutes to the other closest station. A lot of restaurants close by that are open late and also close walk east to Korea Town. I would 100% stay here again.
