This hotel is currently under renovation .. strong snell of paint, ladders & tools left in the corridor , exposed wires , and tiles all pulled up so the floors were uneven making it easy to fall , bathroom not finished
Complete lack of customer service .. no water in room or available from kitchen we were told to walk to market to buy water! Avoid as you will be dissapointed

We stayed just one night at the BÜPA DELUXE HOTEL because we arrived late at night and preferred not to travel further that day/night.
The hotel is just 600 meters from the heart of Kayseri (Kayseri Cumhuriyet Meydani) and 7.5 kilometers from ASR Kayseri Airport. It appears to be newly opened this year. Despite arriving at 3 AM, the reception was attentive, making our check-in quick and friendly. The corridors, rooms, and breakfast area in the cellar were all good. Overall, we had a positive experience. It took us a little time to get the AC functioning properly. While the rooms weren't particularly spacious, they were sufficient for three people. Everything appeared to be new and well-maintained. The room featured parquet flooring, -cozy-, and offered ample charging points for your devices. The bathroom was well-kept, though some finishing touches could be improved (this is often the case in Turkey, where quantity sometimes outweighs quality). A standout feature was the underfloor heating and illuminated mirror in the bathroom (a lovely detail)!
The breakfast was enjoyable. I felt like we were the only guests. The staff clearly put a lot of effort into arranging everything neatly, and there was a wide variety of options. They were also very polite. Is there a downside? Yes, the location itself isn't very impressive, and the view from the windows leaves much to be desired. However, I still recommend this hotel.

Konumu çok merkezi ancak gürültüden uzak bir noktada. Otelin sakin ve huzurlu bir havası var. Asansörler geniş ve hızlı. Odaların büyüklüğü ve konforu ideal. Lavabo ve banyosu geniş. Temizlik çok iyi. Kahvaltı açık büfe ve tam kıvamında. İsrafa kaçmadan herkese hitap edecek çeşit var. Personel güleryüzlü ve kibar. Kamu misafirhanelerinden az biraz fazla verdik ancak fazlasıyla değdi. İnşallah bu standardı bozmadan devam eder. Gelecek sene kamuda yer bulmak için uğraşmadan adresimiz burası inşallah
