AMAZING STAY. Cottage stay was so great. Reserved parking space and great view. We have stayed in the hotel as well in the past. All great views.The staff is so amazing.

Our hotel wad just ok, we wanted an oceanview with sunrise thats not what hotel.com gave us. It said oceanview which it was just not close. We tried to upgrade when we checked in but they said they couldn't because we went threw Hotels.com. Standard rooms are simple. Upgrade if you can. I will never use Hotel.com again, very upset with this site. Hotel.com did contact our hotel the next day or so, and the hotel contacted us so that we could finally upgrade but by then it was too late. Overal nothing to brag about nothing to complain about.

Not worth the price
The resort is in a perfect location. Our room, 309, was not in the best cleaning condition. There is brown stuff splattered all over the wall, shot bottles were left on a ledge by the bathroom, and bathroom needed some deep cleaning. There was also a hello cup under the sink when we checked in that has been there who knows how long. We were there for an event and needed to stay, but thankfully we didn't bring our kids. Not a standard of room I would let them stay in. I didn't see anyone walking around cleaning high touch point areas either with COVID going on. It did the job of providing a bed to sleep on, but not worth the price.

For the price it was okey but I would pay more if the place was improved>There’s some work needs to be done on this property : pool area, in rooms ,around the outside of the facility elevators etc... with this said I love the area ,location, staff was friendly, love the house keeping lady, and I would consider staying again if conditions was improved...

Photos need to be updated on site, grounds needs some work. Bathroom in rooms are not good poor drainage. Bedroom area was the best part. Older hotel with little to no amenities.

Had a very nice two days stay! The rooms inside are clean and freshly renovated! I was very surprised how nice the resort was! The shower head had a lot of power! The pool was very clean! I definitely will be back! The only hesitation about giving this review is that more people will come and when I want to go back there might not be any vacancies! Lol
