Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Menlo Park. The staff is WONDERFUL and all so nice and helpful. The food in the bar area was also fantastic and above expectation. Our room was comfortable and well appointed. The only knock on our wonderful stay was a loud wedding reception our first night. I work in the wedding industry, so I understand how important these are for a business. The loud music continued till 1am and it felt like we were staying above a night club that night. Maybe check and see if they have a wedding on if you’re booking a weekend.

Nice complex overall. Great parking. However: The shower - dangerous hot water, very difficult to regulate , either scalding hot or icy cold. Shower curtain - replace with glass partition. Food - complained about poor quality of a roast meal (tough, reheated meat) to the waitress- no feedback from kitchen received.

We recently got engaged and this was mentioned to the hotel staff ahead of time. When we arrived in our room we had a beautiful card and some complimentary chocolates waiting for us which was such a generous and thoughtful touch that made our holiday that much more memorable. The rooms were large, clean, modern and exceeded our expectations. Definitely one of the nicest hotels we stayed in in Ireland and would return without hesitation!

Gold Class Customer Service
Exceptional service from all staff particularly the front desk staff who were so extremely helpful and friendly. You all deserve a medal for giving us fantastic customer service which made us enjoy our stay at Galway much more. We felt so comfortable being in the hotel at all times and the restaurant breaky was amazing not only for the food available but the very attentive staff! Same with the bar and restaurant which we enjoyed as well. Special mention to the night sevice desk porter on checkout who sent us on our way after checkout with a breakast pack including cappachino. My husband was very impressed by the that and the whole stay here was amazing. This has been one of our best holiday accomodations in all of our travels . Thankyou to all staff.
