業主は私のメッセージに一切返信してくれず、とても不快な思いをしました。 また、床にはいつも原因の分からない茶色い足跡が現れ、最初は幽霊屋敷なのかと思うほどでした。しかし、よく確認したところ、床のひび割れから茶色い液体が染み出していることに気づきました。おそらく、古い建物の改修工事の際に適切に修繕されなかった問題ではないかと思います。 さらに、大門やエレベーターにもほとんど入館管理がなく、誰でも自由に出入りできる状態でした。部屋のドアにも補助錠やダブルロックなどの追加の防犯対策がなく、特に一人で宿泊する女性にとっては、安全面でかなり不安を感じる環境だと思います。

建物も新しく、設備も充実してました。 特に洗濯機と乾燥機が設置されているのは雨の多い沖縄ならではでとても助かりました。 隣に有料の駐車場もあるのでレンタカーを借りて利用するのもアリだと思います。 国際通りも徒歩圏内で立地も◎。 また機会があれば利用したい。
