Very good
Kitchenette is functional. It has a 2 element hob, microwave with grill option, full size fridge, and a dishwasher. Enough pots and utensils for a simple meal. Bathroom is well laid out. Room is a good size and even had plenty of coat hangers in wardrobe which is less common than it should be. Housekeeping wasn’t included in my Tariff though I was able to top up coffee and dishwashing pods at reception. Reception staff had good English. Location is reasonably close to the southern exit of Hauptbahnhof- about a block and a half. Supermarket is about a block away. Area outside never felt unsafe but it isn’t the salubrious part of Munich City. I didn’t try the breakfast so can’t comment on it.

Lucie was exceptional at front desk . Helped us with lots of things. A real gem. It was nice to get to xtra towels, teabags and coffee. There were lots of Middle East people in the hotel. No ice readily available, but Lucie made some for us. No bar in hotel.

Great location to rail and city Center and pretty much all of local highlights..... ie museums,shopping,river etc. You could access underground transport to all attractions.

I loved everything about this place! I specially love the little kitchen in the place. I love homemade meals and this kitchen was very convenient during my travel. I absolutely loved the customer service, this staff was just the best! I planned my trip prior to the covid 19 chaos and the staff was willing to work with me to make sure I still get my stay at their hotel. They were still open amidst everything happening and were super helpful with all of questions and needs. I travel to Munich quite often and have stayed in numerous hotels around Munich but I will definitely be coming back to this hotel for my future travels. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!
