The staff were nice and friendly, which was one of the few positives about my stay. Unfortunately, the room was in terrible condition and did not feel well maintained. The bed was the only thing that appeared to be clean. The air conditioning was also very poor, and despite having it on, the room remained uncomfortably hot. The food was shocking as well and was nowhere near the standard I expected. Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay. Based on this experience, I will not be using Holiday Inn again.

The hotel is functional and close to Heathrow - it is also close to Windsor castle and Legoland. The staff are friendly and helpful. We did have an issue with the A/C in our room but the team moved us to another room without any issues. (The room we were moved to had much harder mattresses which I preferred - the other room had mattresses which were a bit soft) Suggestion is to improve the cleaning especially the cutlery & plates for the breakfast service. The bathroom in the lobby area needs more attention on a Friday evening due to the fact that the Atlantis lounge is next door and their clientele are using the toilets. Overall though I would stay at the hotel on future visits.

Hotel was great option for travelling on from Heathrow. It was clean and the staff were all lovely. The room was a good size. Couldn’t give it 5/5 as the sofa bed for our daughter was so uncomfortable. That is only complaint.
