No cleaning items (broom etc), cracks in walls, paint peeling, shower broken (leaking, couldn't stay up in position, hard to turn on and adjust temp), stains in couches (couches are like rocks) beds uncomfortable, stains on some bedding, mould in places, smell, heaters didn't work. Not worth the money paid. But great customer service. Just poor condition rooms, definitely needs updating. Listing makes it look nicer than it actually is.

The apartment was fairly old and quite basic . Bed was fine. The Carpet (floor carpet tiles) were not in good condition. Insufficient coffee, tea and sugar —— unless for only one night stay. However the apartment was located in excellent position for our needs.. Hosts were kind and friendly.

Location and cost were very good. Quiet neighbourhood within walking distance to shops in Richmond, the MCG and public transport. Apartment was a good size and bed comfortable. Negatives were the very dated and uncomfortable couch, dirty window ledge in the bathroom (covered in loose dirt) limited toiletries. Overall I would stay again as the location is great.
