Had a lovely stay, clean, staff nice, 2 bed apartment very spacious with 2 toilets, which was very handy! Think it could sleep 6 as had sofa bed in lounge area. We did 2 days at Disney and perfect location, 5 min walk to station and 5 min train ride. Think nearer than staying in Disney hotels! Nice couple of restaurants nearby, that were open late, so perfect for grabbing a pizza after a day at Disney. Would definitely stay again if visiting 👍👍

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to Disneyland, but it is also very close to the Val de Euro shopping center. By staying at that hotel, you can both go shopping at the Outlet Center and easily reach Disneyland—it's just one stop away.

Really lovely apartment, had everything we needed. Stayed with my daughter for Disney trip. Was excellent location near the RER train station. Staff were friendly. The swimming pool is small but was good facility to offer and we used a couple times. Great restaurants nearby and also Val d'Europe shopping centre and sealife which we went to on a downtime day. We would definitely stay again and I'd highly recommend to anyone especially those going to Disneyland Paris

Staff were friendly, rooms were big, location was great. It was a good idea to have read through other guest's reviews first as we knew to bring our own hairdryer :) We will definitely be staying again. The only negative feedback that I would give is that the place is missing a vending machine to buy drinks from. If arriving at night, the nearby shops would be closed.

Check-in was quick. Only had to pay tourist tax and security deposit before getting key to apartment. The apartment was very clean and the air conditioning units for all rooms worked great. Good location and spacious rooms, but disappointing service and amenities The hotel is conveniently located, approximately a 25-minute walk from Disneyland Paris, and the rooms are spacious. Unfortunately, there were several issues that made our stay disappointing. First of all, the hotel was difficult to find because it was actually signposted as “Quality Hotel” rather than “Zenitude.” Upon arrival, there were no towels or toilet paper in our room. After contacting reception, we were only given large bath towels and a single roll of toilet paper, which we had to carry up to the room ourselves. The curtains were torn, and although shower gel was provided, there was no shampoo. What was particularly disappointing was that our room was not cleaned once during our entire three-night stay. As a result, neither toilet paper nor coffee capsules were replenished. While the location and room size are definite advantages, the lack of basic amenities, poor housekeeping, and overall level of service were well below expectations. Overall, a disappointing experience.

We really enjoyed our stay here on a trip to Disneyland Paris. The room was spacious and modern, with lots of storage space. The kitchen area provided a good sized fridge/freezer, hob, microwave and toaster. The location is ideal, just a five minute walk from the train station and the shopping mall. It’s also only 1 mile from Disneyland so you could either walk or take the short train journey along. The price was also pretty good compared to other places we’ve stayed around Val d’Europe which didn’t offer as many room facilities as this hotel.
