All Seasons Guest House

The bed was v. hard, the bed frame squeaked at every slight movement and the pillows did absolutely nothing. The stairs were too steep. The room was too hot and there was a party nearby meaning that we couldn't have the window open. My wife and I had to go find the party to get them to turn their music down - why didn't the person responsible for the hotel that night take responsibility for their guests and do it themselves? Apparently they sleep much better than we do. I guess this is what you get when paying for cheap stuff in Oxford, but I have no intention of staying here again and I have every intention of visiting Oxford again.

Hotel owner cancelled on us without warning when we arrived at the property at 8pm on Saturday night. Left us with no option but to have to book a hotel elsewhere at much greater cost on one of the busiest weekends in Oxford. Hotel owner states that she asked Ebookers to email us with notice of cancellation that morning - this seems unlikely and I have asked Ebookers to investigate - even on the morning is too late. Disgraceful behaviour from the hotel.

Very basic room quite scruffy with scuff marks on the walls and generally tired looking. Very hard iron frame bed and a very small bathroom. At breakfast no choice offered as to what you wanted and things cleared away before you had hardly finished. Upon arrival we were told we had not booked a room despite my showing the man an email proving it. Eventually got that sorted out. Needless to say we shall not be going back again.

Nothing, it’s just a place to stay overnight. Room did not have basic things such as tea/coffee making facilities. No WiFi, ? If did we were not informed. Room was so hot had to open the window and it was so noisy. Therefore did not sleep well. We did not feel the towels were that clean so glad we took our own. The lady who owned the property was lovely and was happy for us to check in early. Car parking available, which was great specially parking in Oxford is difficult. We won’t be staying there again .

What a dump. The bed was more cheap cot than a bed, the furnishings were cheap and broken, no fan in our room at all (it was pretty warm during our stay). Staff was non- existent, internet did not work...shall I go on? I never complain and can live with most places, but I wasted my money here. Pretty much all places in Oxford beat this dive.
