I got the suite with a pullout bed, a kitchen area with a dishwasher, and a great view of the city. I went to a concert at the spectrum center. This hotel is right next door in walking distance. This is a perfect location. The hotel room was clean, staff friendly, there was a buffet style free breakfast and a bar. I had not utilize all the amenities on site such as the pool or gym but I was told about them. I would definitely visit again and recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt House Charlotte Center City! From the moment we checked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I asked if there were any complimentary upgrades available, and they graciously upgraded us to a beautiful corner suite with a balcony, floor-to-ceiling windows, a separate living room, and a spacious bathroom. It made our girls’ getaway feel extra special. The complimentary breakfast was great, and the location was perfect for walking to restaurants and exploring Uptown. We also really appreciated the late checkout, which let us enjoy our morning without feeling rushed. The only downside was that the air conditioning in the lobby wasn’t working, so it was a little warm when coming and going. Other than that, our stay was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We’d definitely stay here again.
