A Very comfortable Hotel, staff were very friendly and hospitable, it's also near taksim but in a quiet area, they have a floor where you can directly exit to Taksim(nearby). Check in and check out experiences were very smooth and easy ☺️

Breakfast was great! Staff was amazing and the room was new and clean! The distance to the subway was the only downside to this property.

Room is cleaned ,mid size, staff is helpful especially in parking underground. Staff kept car key for moving the parked car due to awkwardly small space. Breakfast is typical American hotels. Area is busy near automotive shops a bit of distance to tourist destinations. Still a great place for stay

Staff are very friendly and willing to help. Breakfast was good, but hotel was busy that it was difficult initially to find a table to sit. I guess may be because its complimentary.

Good stay but the AC is set to not get very cold and the desk doesn’t provide any fans. It was very warm in August so it made it difficult to cool down. Not what I would expect if Hilton. But everything else was good.

Highly recommend! Accommodation is comfortable and exceptionally clean. Wi-Fi worked exactly as described - stable even with multiple devices in use. Room amenities are well thought out: safe, plenty of power outlets, an iron, and a full-size hair dryer. There’s no wardrobe, but enough space for a short stay of a couple of days. The desk area could be improved; it’s a bit small for working. Staff were very polite. The only downside was the restaurant recommendation I received - there are more authentic places within a short walk.
