Very good
Room we booked was not to our standard so we had to upgrade, not worth it. Breakfast was good with a range of selections. Location was great, walking distance to Ben thanh market. Good live music on Fri and Sat nights.

Luxury in good location
Incredible hotel - we moved to this hotel after a poor experience at another. When we walked into the hotel and saw the room we felt like we were in pure luxury. Awesome location and friendly service I would stay here again and recommended to anyone.

Photos are a bit misleading. While there are modern touched throughout the overall hotel feels dated and the air is quite stale and dingy. Location is also on a very busy street so the room is loud at night.

Just a one night stay, before flying home, room adequate nothing flash, clean and bed was comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff, great location.

Terrible service
The bellman put our luggages on the street unattended. This is unacceptable, especially since Vietnam is known for bag snatching! The bellman also tried lying to us that there wasn’t a large scale for us to use when all the receptionists said there would be one available. When the receptionists finally convinced him to get the scale, he made us weigh our luggages out on the street because he did not want to bring the luggages back inside (his words in vietnamese). At this price point, I recommend staying somewhere else. The hotel across the street (princess Saigon central hotel) is not as nice but the service was impeccable.
