Excellence small hotel will definitely stay again

Excellent hotel not five star but very comfortable has a lift which is not to be taken a granted in Istanbul in small hotels. Staff were actually very helpful. Had a great time price was reasonable

Very helpful personnel and I guess they did their best, but the quality of breakfast and the rooms were very low. But as I said, the personnel got 10/10. Location is also nice

I would stay here again. It was clean and there's a great kebob place next door. Metro is close. Downside is air conditioning was weak and the room was pretty hot.

2/10 Poor

??? Konaklama süresince sıcak su yoktu defalarca kez aradim, bir seferinde ise diğer odalarda sorun çözüldü elimden bir şey gelmiyor dediler sabahına başka biri oyle bir sey demedik herkeste bozuk dedi üstüne banyodan hamam böceği çıktı??? Zar zor öldürmek zorunda kaldık klozetin altina koyduk ibret olsun diye.asla tercih etmem bir daha
