Great place to stay
Very comfortable bed. One of the best I’ve ever slept in! Same with the pillows! Every one was welcoming and helpful. I loved all the local pictures on the walls and the easy breakfast. The gym was clean and well equipped for a morning workout. This hotel is easy to find and has restaurants near by. I do recommend staying here if you are in the area. It’s new so everything was fresh and modern looking

Fantastic!
It was a lovely hotel. Very clean, modern and everything was brand new. It was also very quiet and the bed was very comfy. I stayed asleep the entire night and I usually get up in the middle of night a few times so that's saying a lot. LOL. If there is another concert in town there, I will DEFINITELY be coming back. Thank you so much for the hospitality.

Bad water supply
We stayed one night for concert venue because it was very close, i didn't know they just opened a week prior,so it was very clean BUT they still haven't worked out all the bugs yet,we tried using the toilet during the night but had no water in the toilet tank so I had to fill it up using the ice bucket from the sink so we could flush.

Don’t give them your credit card.
Incompetent staff said my credit card wasn’t processing after 3 try, so they tried another on of my cards twice. It cha reg d me all 5 times. Then when i brought it to their attention. They tried to refund the money. And somehow charged my a 6th time for a completely different amount. It’s been 6 days and i still don’t have my money back.

New hotel with issues
Brand new hotel. Very slow check in with multiple computer and credit card processing issues . Staff was not very friendly. Water pressure in bathroom sink was a trickle and when advised the front desk clerk did not offer a maintenance check. Also crowded breakfast table area with odd shaped chairs. I tripped over chair leg and fell causing pain and bruises. Front desk clerk asked if I was okay but did not offer any compensation or credit for injuries suffered in the lobby.
