The first one that I had reserved the bed was broken then they had switched me over to a smaller size bed and still charged me the same price but all in all my stay was amazing good customer service at Good hospitality

ROACHES- NEEDS TO BE CLOSED IMMEDIATELY
No heat in bathroom, roaches, fire doors were left open causing room to be freezing. Hot water took forever to get even warm. Stay away from this dump.

Poorly maintained property
Very smelly. Smell of cigarettes and weeds everywhere. Old carpet and building, poorly maintained. Furniture in the room are old, leather on the chair is completely worn out. Housekeeper don’t do good job. Overpriced. No breakfast. Not worth for the amount they charge.

This place was not it i am not the type of person who make a fuss about things but for the short time i was there my keys was not working bathroom was not clean toilet was backing up parts of the wall was coming down the front desk guy told me he only had 4 room left ask if i book on line would it be more affordable he said yes then i show him the rooms that was available and he said just book anyone i did the after i did he told me that i book a different room i said i know that's why i ask u and u said u only had 4 rooms left now u have more this is crazy any way room cold just to much going on i want my money back

Dirty hotel
When I arrived the room didn’t have curtains so my room had to be moved. I didn’t have the necessary products they supposed to have. It said complimentary breakfast on website and they didn’t have it. I left my tablet and they said they checked and it wasn’t there so I had to return and find it on the side of the bed. This means they are not cleaning the room properly. The manager was very disrespectful and nasty. The rooms were not cleaned properly and they had holes in the doors. Will never visit and will never recommend they hotel to anyone.
