The two gals at the front desk were top notch. Cassandra helped us by putting our two rooms close together. The night gal recommended a restaurant for us and it was great. We travel this route frequently and we will def stay here again! Breakfast lady was very good at her job too!

The only positive remark I can make about our stay is how kind and helpful the staff members were. Outside of that, the property was filthy and not very well maintained. As soon as we walked into our room, my son found a large roach on the floor. As we were getting the beds ready, we could not find the bedding for the pull out bed but we could find an empty Capri-Sun package in the couch. The headboard of one of the beds was damaged and both beds had missing reading lights with the wires hanging loose. When I went to put our ice packs in the freezer, there was standing water inside the tray, making it very clear that the freezer was non-operational. Definitely putting this location on our "do not return" list.

The hotel was conveniently located near the interstate but void of the traffic noise since it was set back off the road. The room was clean and comfortable albeit the bathroom was showing its age and in need of fresh paint. The staff was amazing from the front desk to the breakfast bar. All interactions were pleasant, courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel for an overnight stay.

We have stayed at this location several times over the past few years. This was disappointing to say the least. The facility is starting to look ROUGH. The ceilings are pealing, the bathrooms are dirty looking and the hardware is in poor shape. The ice machines were not working. The headboards on the beds were pealing and sticky to the touch. The chairs and tables in the dinning room were worn and wobbly. The curtains in our window looked like they were use to wipe greased hands clean. The staff has always been nice to deal with. ALSO the deposit for incidentals went up from $10 to $50 now… Please fix your hotel. We like the location and the staff but the condition is poor and disappointing.

Hotel was great all around, I have stayed in alot of hotels around and this one didnt have the beach funk, was nice and clean, the onsite restaurant was good, breakfast was usy but well stocked. Our only 2 notes are at checkin time, you should have 3 people at the counter from 4-5 i waited almost an hour to check in and there was just an empty desk with employees moving around it. The only negative experience was elevators, they were atrocious, one was constantly down then would come up and go right back down. Y the next time we were there LUCKILY we were on floor 5 so it was easy for us to just use the stairs but the wait times were crazy every single time we tried to use the elevator and we usually just gave up and used the stairs, an option floor 14 wont want to use.
