The accommodation was impeccably clean and met all of my expectations for the visit. While the available parking spaces were quite limited, the overall quality of the establishment remained high. It is clearly a well-maintained property that provides a comfortable environment for guests. Despite the minor challenge with vehicle storage, the experience was overwhelmingly positive. I would certainly consider staying at this location again in the future.

Got there after they had closed. Nothing with our name on it, so called the after hours number on the door and she answered right away and told us what room # and the code. When we got into the room it was so small. Pictures made it look bigger. The room that we got is really only for one person. No where really to put your stuff. The bathroom sink was 12 x 8 and water went all over when you had to use it as it was so small. Mom and Pop place which we love but this one definitely needs some TLC. Air Conditioner worked great! On the middle of the island so convenient to different things. Would not stay again.

I arrived early before check in time. My room was not ready yet, but my room was made ready fast. I think they sped up their work so that I could go ahead and get into my room. I misjudged the length of time it would take me to drive. Anyhow, the place was very clean and very neat. It reminded me of some of the places my family would go to on vacations back in the 70's. The pool area and water were also well kept. I am very glad the whole place was non-smoking. The visitors that did smoke went behind the building. Rates were well within reasonable amounts. A couple of places further down the road were close to double the rates, and not as clean.

I love the retro/beach vibe of the motel. The lovely lady that checked me in was so nice & accommodating. The room was very clean. I also loved that there was a pool on the property & the beach was within walking distance. I will definitely return again.

The property was in prime location. Just a few minutes to the beach by foot. Literally five minutes. Location was perfect. You can walk just a few blocks and be in the downtown area where you can get food and drinks without any worries about driving. The motel was cute and vintage. Very adorable. Great for a few nights day. If you don’t mind a tiny house living the Royal Palms is the perfect place.
