This was valuable as an airport shuttle type hotel for the money. Room and lobby were very clean and in good shape. The breakfast was the standard continental breakfast and was good. Eggs, waffles, fruit (which was nice). Shuttle to the airport was timely and great. No food options really near by so did have to Uber for that. Bed was comfortable.

It was fine for the price. Everything was adequate. There were roaches in the bathroom late at night. Maybe that's New Orleans . Beds were advertised as queens but they seemed smaller. The rooms were clean but miss them being tidied up during our 4 day stay. We figure most hotels don't do that any more.. The breakfast was ok, smaller than other Ramadas we've been to. The location was good for touring the city and grateful for complimentary shuttle back and forth to the airport.

It was hard to rate this with stars because the property looks awful, like you wouldn't pull up and stay there. BUT breakfast came with the rate and turns out the room was fantastic! Newly remodeled and clean and modern. The shower was great because the wonderful shampoo, conditioner, body wash built-in bottles on the wall smelled amazing! Same with the body lotion, which was Dove, a great suprise to have great full-sized body lotion available to use. BUT back to the property, the outside walkways to the rooms were very dark. Some corners there was not lighting at all in front of the motel door. It is a four-floor building with two elevators, one of which was not working. The elevator that did work was way in the back of the motel which was not well-lit and as a solo traveller I did not feel really safe. Breakfast was very basic, but again, some toast and jelly with coffee is better than nothing. This is a airport hotel, so that is the only reason you should stay here, if you are leaving on an early flight or coming in late. Definitely not for more than an overnight stay.
