The hotel has been refurbished and trendy. Rooms are of good size and the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Though the colour schemes are dark and the lights have to be kept on most of the time.

This is my third stay at the Kensington Hideaway Hotel and as always everything was delivered to perfection. Adrianna on reception is always so very customer focused, and service is always delivered with warmth and a smile. The room 107 for us was compact but included every amenity needed, we were there for two nights, the room was spotless and had ample natural light with a perfect view of the main high street. If you are looking to stay in / or around Kensington/Knightsbridge area try this hotel out.

Everything about this hotel was fabulous. Myself and my teenage daughter loved it. Unfortunately it was a very short trip, but we will definitely be back and I am already looking at booking for 2 nights next spring when we’re back in London for another concert. Staff were lovely and Kensington is beautiful. Great location on the high street, spotlessly clean and the air con fantastic given the heatwave and exceptionally hot weather conditions. Highly recommend.

Beautiful room - amazing bed, nice design, great shower etc. The property only opened in Feb so everything feels new. The bar is in the lobby so not that atmosphere it staff are nice and maybe on the nights they have live music it is different. Breakfast good. Location brilliant. Will be back. Staff were really friendly, allowing us to check in early and looking after our bags after we’d checked out. When we popped back in and out of the hotel during our stay they regularly checked that everything was okay with the rooms or if we needed anything. The room was cosy with all the amenities we needed. Well decorated, clean, cosy and in a great location about a 5 minute walk from the nearest tube station.

The property is in a great location - a few minutes walk to two metro stations. There are plenty of restaurants and shops around. The property itself is really nice, very cool modern decor. Our room had issues with the AC unit, so the heat did not work the first night we were there. The staff tried to address it when we brought it up to them. Overall, it was a good stay.
