Great room
I had never stayed at a Microtel before and I was very pleasantly surprised, especially for the price. The room was clean, the staff was pleasant and helpful. The room had everything I needed (fridge / microwave). The wifi was fast. TV channels gave a good selection. I will be coming back. The rooms are on the smaller side, so take that into consideration. For me, it was exactly what I needed.

There was not a blow dryer in the room and no stopper for the tub. So no shower since I couldn't dry my hair. Couldn't bathe since I couldn't fill the tub. Then the fire alarm at midnight was not helpful to our rest.

Terrible beds
The beds were severely uncomfortable. So springy and lumpy. My husband's back was effected by this and he's still in pain. The bathroom had lots of rust everywhere and some questionable marks. Could have been a lot cleaner for sure. Not my usual experience at a Microtel.
