Hotel was perfect for what we needed. Relatively close to the centre of the city. Clean, with friendly staff. We were able to leave our luggage before we could check in, did take advantage of the early check in, for a reasonable fee in the end. Couldn’t fault the place at all.

Hotel is in a great location from the Train Station and on a great street with lots of food drink and shopping options. The room was tidy and we were lucky to have a view of the main strip. Will deffo stay in this hotel again.

Totally ok for this price. Excellent location and excellent personal service. SLIGHTLY noisy but if you bring ear plugs you’d want for nothing. Good breakfast and totally ok share bathroom…. And did i mention…cheap. So if you want cheap, excellent location, totally fine facilities (and maybe bring ear plugs for done nights like Saturdays) then excellent choice

I would not recommend this hotel. It’s a shared bathroom. The carpets are threadbare. It’s extremely basic. The ladies toilets in reception area were out of order. There’s no lift and the stairs are steep! The location is good and the staff are helpful and friendly.

This was super convenient to the train station. Customer service at reception was perfect. Got lots of recommendations for sites to visit that we missed our first time to Amsterdam. No elevator which we were aware and fine with… shared bathroom for us but we were aware of that too because our room advertised the shared bathroom.

Clean rooms, nice ambiance. We had a 3-story walk up with stairs narrow enough to kill an average-portioned-american, or at least stop them. I felt like the location was okay, it was across the street from many "cafes." Bathrooms were too cramped for you to sit on the toilet and close the door to the bathroom. The whole room stank like sewer too.

I can't actually rate the Quentin Arrive, because of a failure in their booking system. So the booked room was not available at that location. Instead we were rerouted to a sister hotel called Quentin Hotel Amsterdam near Leidseplein. The staff was very apologetic and we were granted a later check-out as compensation for our troubles.
