room with only partial view of the bay
quiet disappointed on the room given on fifth floor with PARTIAL VIEW OF THE BAY... last stay in early June was given FULL VIEW OF THE BAY Room type . I did went down to the reception to change to full view room but was given an answer that I book the premier room and nothing was mentioned in the booking for the full view of the bay. If known could have booked the city view at lower rate. But overall stay very good and will come back to stay here again on the next trip.

Beautiful Hotel, Superb Service
We absolutely loved our stay at the Fullerton Bay! We were debating between there and the Marina Bay Sands and based on the reviews decided on Fullerton Bay and are so glad we did. We were greeted by named as soon as we walked up to the desk and every time we walked past the desk after that. Our rooms weren't ready upon arrival because we were several hours early so we went up to the pool and had a delicious lunch. Before we were finished a young man brought us a key and told us they asked housekeeping to get one of our rooms done for us and he escorted us down and gave us a tour of the room. All of our luggage was waiting for us already. We put on our suits and went back up to enjoy the pool. Our other room was ready within an hour. Both rooms were ready two hours before the listed check in time. The rooms are gorgeous and spacious! They didn't miss a detail. There is a master panel beside the bed that controls everything. I especially loved the stuffed Merlion that alerted the staff if you wished to have clean sheets or not. We had more space to store our clothes here than we did in our previous Air B&B! The bathrooms were especially luxurious as were the toiletries they provided. Again, they didn't miss a detail with the toiletries. There was a large box of everything you would need and more on the sink. Then at turn down service they provided a travel bag with more! My favorite was the accessibility of complimentary water. It was everywhere!

Exquisite hotel in Singapore
Exquisite hotel. Check and concierge and housekeeping fantastic. Staff pleasant and polite without exception. Several weddings and functions meant that the main restaurant (Clifford Pier) was closed on 3 afternoon/lunch/evenings and the Brasserie also closed on 2 mornings. Breakfast was therefore served in the very beautiful lounge area but staff couldn't cope and tables remained uncleared for long periods. Had to wait extended period for a table on both mornings (up to 25 minutes) and then shortly after being told buffet and breakfast service would finish in 5 minutes. In my opinion if an establishment of this level (and expense) cannot cope with breakfast for resident guests then they should employ more staff or reduce function bookings. Having said that the breakfasts were beautiful and staff extremely polite. Brilliant location in historic setting with spectacular views from rooms. Rooms have a tablet for requesting room service, ice buckets etc and pretty instant service. Also a mobile phone with free landline calls to Australia and GPS very handy for web searching, tourist stuff and google maps!

Great Christmas Staycation!
What’s wonderful and special about this place is that it is situated in a centralized area (The Merlion is literally a stone’s throw away) and yet it’s feels so private and kinda tucked away in an idyllic paradise far away from all the hustle and bustle of city life. Ironic isn’t it? The room was meticulously cleaned, extremely comfortable and room decor has a kind of luxury that does not scream opulence but rather silent luxury, akin to reading a classic novel. Service was top-notch and everyone had a smile and went about doing their work with a sense of purpose, which was to give her guests a great experience. All in all, it was a wonderful stay and I will definitely be back. Greatly recommended, esp the Bayview room which I stayed.

Impeccable
Can only use awesome to describe our staycation at Fullerton Bay Hotel. The views out over the bay are spectacular and breath-taking. Looking over the Singapore River waters at the majestic Marina Bay Sands and the evening light show is just simply amazing. My room comes with excellent amenities including complimentary nespresso machine. The rooftop pool and Lantern bar are excellent and service staff sent fresh fruits induced ice water while we enjoyed the swim. Breakfast was included with a good buffet spread and options to personalise your own. All staff were friendly and helpful and not everything is about money unlike many luxury hotels in Singapore where everything they talk about is money. Such impeccable service is difficult to find in luxury hotels in Singapore these days. Overall we had a wonderful stay.
