6/10 Good

Melina in the front office was great, helpful and very nice. Big guy waiter not great. The 10% that was included in our tab wasn’t to his liking so he showed us by being very unfriendly. He made us very uncomfortable.

Hidden and beautiful hotel

All of the staff was so so nice. The rooms were so clean and the hotel overall was perfect in every way. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone staying in Quepos. The food and the drinks at the restaurant part of the hotel was also soooo good.

Can’t really complain about anything here. The room was super clean and housekeeping was done every morning. The food at the hotel is so tasty, as well as the coffee of course. The best part is the staff who are all so friendly and attentive, Melina especially. She is so nice and helped me organise so many parts of my trip, even walking with me to the bus station to find my bus to Uvita. Thank you Melina!

8/10 Very good

Room was clean and new. Was told at reception that this hotel was only 1 year old. Breakfast was good size portion. They gave us vegan option which was great, gallo pinto with toast. Service was a little slow at breakfast though. Only complaint was that the wall was paper thin. We could hear the people near door speaking in Spanish nonstop for over an hour. Hotel did not give give us compensation with our complaint. Could have given us a bottled water or something.

Rolando was the best host, so friendly and helpful. We even had two surprise welcome drinks made for us as we checked in. The breakfast was fantastic. This place is a gem and I will definitely be back. Thank you Rolando!!

Bonding Coffee Roasters and hotel is a fabulous hotel/restaurant within walking distance is everything, but far enough away to be peaceful. The rooms are industrial chic with big cozy beds. The restaurant serves delicious food, the breakfasts are tasty and fresh. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Stay here, you will love it.

10/10 Exceptional

Friendly staff, spacious and clean room, air conditioning, and delicious food on site as the hotel is a restaurant itself. A minor thing is that we could hear dogs barking very early in the morning, like 5 or 6ish in the morning, so a bit noisy, but if you are a morning person, this will not a big issue.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Easy check in process. We had a second floor room and they happily helped with our luggage even though I didn’t ask. Comfortable room.

Lovely stay

This was a lovely property and staff were very friendly and helpful. They offered to pick me up at the bus station and had a special christmas menu at their restaurant. I checked in late after a long travel day and they brought me a fresh batido right away. Very nice family vibe. Great if you’re traveling on buses as its in town near bus station

Beautiful and central location to many places

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious—we had to try a few dishes after reading so many great reviews from previous guests. The staff were warm, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The only downside was that the walls were a bit thin; we could hear conversations and coughing from the room next door, as well as some noise from outside. Aside from that, I would definitely stay here again. The location is perfect—close to great restaurants and just minutes from Manuel Antonio National Park. Overall, a great visit. Thank you again for your hospitality!
Front of hotel
Pancakes and gallo pinto were included. Bagel i ordered on the side.

We really liked this hotel. The location was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean but the bathrooms were a little tight for space. They brag about their coffee and for good reason - it was delicious - especially the Americano con leche. We did find the water to be intermittently hot in the showers and when the hotel had more guests it was a little louder. We would recommend.

Nice property and friendly staff willing to help and make stay great. No need to stay in the pushy backpacker tourist area of Manuel park. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay in Costa Rica then only a forest camp will avoid road noise. Bring some earplugs and get on with it as this is just the pace of life here. One thing for owner is to consider sound insulating the room walls as TV and talking can be heard too easily which would be a bummer in this otherwise great great hotel.
