Good location, but needs improvement
The hotel was nicely remodeled and visually pleasing. The room was small, but to be expected given the age of the hotel. Cleanliness needed improvement, I found a used q-tip on the desk chair (gross) and dust on the floor, especially in the corners. The wait staff seemed unorganized and only semi-courteous. The host in the main floor restaurant acted as if I was interrupting him when I walked up to the desk. After some moments, he said I could take a seat wherever I wanted. The food was pretty good and cooked to my liking. Though the wines on the menu were not available, a good alternative was provided. The bar was unattended when I arrived before dinner, but the bartender soon appeared and made me a drink. When I returned after dinner, again there was no bartender. When one appeared after several minutes, he went about making drinks ordered (I assume) from the restaurant and never acknowledged my presence. After waiting several minutes, I left and went to a location down the street. Overall, the hotel was pretty good and the location couldn't be beat. I do think the management of the bar and restaurant needs some attention as well as attention to detail in room cleaning.

Hot shower, clean toilet, good flush, clean and neat pillow and bed. Very good buffet breakfast. Good location steps away from brands Starbucks, H&M and all main attractions. Everything is excellent, most workers had been nice and helpful. Just the last moment made me a little bit uncomfortable. I politely asked the lady at the check in counter for a receipt to prove that I paid cash for my breakfasts and laundry service. She said no and asked me for my room card key, I gave her my key with a cover. Then she separated the card and the cover, putting them into 2 different boxes in front of me. I asked her again for the receipt but she got mad and being not very nice , asking me to give her my roomkey or I cannot get any receipt. I had been politely asking them for the receipt, because I have bunch of experiences hotels will double charge the fees from my credit card guarantee money. Finally her colleagues came and spoke their local languages that I don't understand, I finally got the paper.

Good location is the only plus point . Front desk and their efficiency is below standard for a brand like Raddison Blu. Upon check in the room key card was not working so had to take help each tine from front desk to get into the room . Ask for a direction of a very nearby place at front desk and the guy on the desk asked me to go to travel desk , I don’t think they have concierge. But the management level is ok. Though I didn’t see the duty manager imeven once during my stay and even while I asked to see him he did not attend . Business class rooms are better . Air conditioning didn’t work well and it was always set at 22 degrees Celsius. Breakfast could have been much better but it’s more if a three star standard. Honestly this perticular property was a total disappointment. Raddison Blu chain even countries like Bangladesh, Thailand is 1000 tunes better than what this property is.

Great service!
Great service, and I guess great location too. I lost my phone charger, and front desk did not have the correct extra cable I could borrow. I believe it was Kundan(?) from the housekeeping. He lended me his own personal charger! Kudos to him!! Thank you so much again for making my trip smooth. Without you I wouldn’t had taken photos in Lodhi garden and Huymayun tomb! Overall a great service, made my stay pleasant and comfortable. I thank the staffs who helped me when I hurt my foot (bribing me ice and etc.) and getting the taxi, carrying my suitcase when I was leaving the hotel at 2am. Two or three people ensured I get into the taxi and nicely saw me off. So nice! I had to have a visitor bc of my unexpected foot injury, she got pretty upset that they weren’t letting her in even if she explained the situation. :( Also, food wasn’t meeting up my expectation, but overall, everyone tried to make my final two days in the hotel pleasant- appreciate it!

A terrible experience at the hotel. Where do I even start? It’s located at downtown Delhi and the window is not sound proof so I can hear car honking all the time. Old and run-down facility. The pillow is hard so it’s not easy to fall asleep. The shower turned out hot or cold water randomly so I either ended up with burning hot or freezing cold water. The hotel put a INR 4,000 hold on my card for deposit and told me that they would refund it on the card at the end of the stay. Turn out they couldn’t refund money back on the card and instead gave me cash, which they did not have enough change for so I was short of INR 20. The amount was small but I was deeply disappointed at the professionalism of this hotel. Stay away from this hotel
