It is always a pleasure to stay at the Mercure Bastille. It is very well located (close to restaurants, stores, subway stations). The rooms are comfortable. Most importantly, the hotel staff is very helpful and friendly.

We had 7 rooms in the fully booked hotel on the Easter weekend. Nevertheless, room service, reception and breakfast were impeccable. We had multiple exchanges with differently people. Great Stay in 11th Paris
Mercure was wonderful, they provided umbrellas to utilize on a rainy day and the complimentary drinks in the mini fridge that go refilled nearly every day was a great touch. We got a privileged room which was very large and nice. The water pressure in the showers was also very nice for showering.

It was a rather short stay but the room was clean and neat. The hotel is situated in the 11th arrondisement in Paris, close to the Bastille and other attractions. The metro stations are close as well. Overall a very pleasant stay! Would recommend!
