- Big BBQ night, fabulous sausages were pre-cooked, then chilled, then recooked on the BBQ; warm on the outside, cold in the middle...awful
- Salad selection was very good (except eggs at dinner but not lunch!)
- There were some great stews and ribs
- Desserts were those dreadful little sponges, bad ice cream and some sort of blancmange, and barely changed through the stay
- Chocolate tower looked good but was chocolate sauce, not chocolate
