Cleanliness was good. Property is advertised as having a restaurant. Not true. Property is described on hotels.com as having breakfast buffet avaliable for a surcharge, also not true. Rooms are small but clean and serviceable. Biggest complaint is lack of advertised breakfast and on-site restaurant as this was an important factor in our booking.

The property is old and not as clean as I would like it to be and the room was designed with a very narrow entrance which makes it very difficult to maneuver around with baggage. Location is pretty convenient being close to Nagahoribashi station. (Shinsaibashi station is about 8-10 minutes walk away).
