Not attentive, have to ring bell for service! Not fluent in English! Room not properly vented! Air comes from next unit. Hot water was extremely hot in tub, no cold water! Had to fill ice bucket with cold water from tap. Picked Hotel with Jacuzzi for Anniversary was disappointed not available. Went to sign out, attendant did not fluently understand English. Needed a final payment receipt, got original printed instead with no sign out date & time! Disappointed almost missed the entrance, had to make a U-turn.

There was no towels that the tub was filthy with hair and the windows broke and it sound like they had sex trafficking going on at the hotel I got woke up at 2 o’clock in the morning farm some lady getting beat in the room next-door to me which was in room 128 I started to call the Amherst for lease but I just decided to give them back the room key at 3 o’clock in the morning and to leave because I felt uncomfortable and remind you are checked in at 9 o’clock 9 o’clock or 9:30 at night

There was a roach in our room. Bathroom was not cleaned very well (someone else's pubic hairs in the shower) and the bedsheets we're stained. It was very musty smelling in the whole room. There door lock latch was broken like someone had kicked the door in. I noticed drug activity on the property. Over all, not a good place for out of Towner's to stay. I'm from buffalo NY and this part of town over the years has gotten worse with drug trafficking.

Ten minutes after arriving, we received an emergency phone call and had to leave. We had purchased insurance in case of just such an occurance, but only recieved $100.00 refund and were told that they were keeping the rest to pay for cleaning the room. We hadnt even sat down yet and feel that $45.00 was too much to keep.
