Fair 4.0
Old and tired and overpriced
I am mystified how this hotel has the reviews it has? Very disappointed with this hotel. I am not sure where the photos came from on Hotels.com website but they certainly did not come from this hotel. The decor and furnishings are 1970's and the place desperately needs an upgrade and makeover with only lino on the floors. Have to say the place was reasonably clean but needs major improvement before l would consider staying here again. I was charged CAD$30 A day for carparking and told breakfast was not available and to use nearby restaurants. The hotel is clearly located in a low socioeconomic area with people sleeping in the streets including in the entrance to this hotel. Better value around so avoid this one and go elsewhere. I won't be coming back here.

Very good 8.0
Vancouver's friendly small hotel
We stayed here twice, 1st time for 3nights in May and then for 2 nights à month later. This small hotel is comfortable with exceptional service and good location. It has a lovely courtyard and a great café next door (independently run).
au2 night trip with friends
Exceptional 10.0
Nothing fancy but comfortable and clean. Nice cafe next door. Friendly staff. Walkable distance to many places and public transport.
