I've stayed here several times now and gave always had an excellent experience. The staff are cheerful and welcoming, the check-in quick and smooth. The apartments are spacious with a well-appointed kitchenette, marvellous bathroom, comfortable bed and in the bedroom/living area chairs and a table to work - or eat - at. Plenty of storeage area too. The whole apartment is clean and bright.

The location was quiet and nice. I could easily walk to downtown Caen in about 15 minutes. There's also a nearby bus stop for those that prefer not to walk. Transportation around Caen is excellent (better than in any US city except maybe NYC). There's a very nearby mini-mart, bakery (do note that their baked goods are delivered, so I recommend walking to a real bakery instead!), and pharmacy. The front desk staff was always pleasant and helpful. The mini-kitchen is a little smaller than I would have liked, but I still did plenty of cooking during my two and half week stay. The entrance to the hotel is a little tricky to find since it is behind a gated parking lot. I was on foot so had no issues.

Room was clean and well equipped although a little tired looking, but comfortable and perfect. For the price, these rooms are excellent. They're more than a room, they're a small apartment with kitchen. The beds are comfortable and everywhere is very clean. Reception staff were really helpful and even offered to charge the battery for my husband's disability scooter rather than his carrying it to our apartment. On the strength of this experience we have booked the same company at Clermont Ferrand next month
