Yes, the Zephyr Palace is that good.
Beautiful surrounding, staff were very friendly and kind. We loved our stay at the palace. Food was also terrific but most of all I enjoyed the Yoga practice, thank you Freddie!

The mattresses in this hotel are rock hard like something out of a prison. We all woke up with various joints hurting and feeling sick due to not getting any rest. We checked out after one night even though we had prepaid for 2 nights. No one ever bothered to ask why we were checking out early or if we were dissatisfied in any way. They settled our bill and sent us on our way.

Nice hotel but needs better rooms and maintenance
Nice hotel but the room "Nuevo Mundo" had very bat clean service, there were open packages of food from previous guests, bad smells of moisture and the water from the faucets of the sinks and the tub were clogged, the water when it comes out makes horrible sounds in the pipeline All the noise of the personnel working in the surroundings arrives to the room.
