Nice hotel and centrally located to grab a metro to anything. However it’s a bit of a business district and we arrived on a Sunday. No food facilities in the hotel after breakfast. Also our double room was a standard sized double bed, made to fit by being pushed against the wall so you could only get in/out on one side. Lovely hot strong shower.

Room had three single beds for a couple and their daughter, with not much space for baggage, so we used the beds to open them. Mattresses were a bit hard, but that seems to be the norm in Japan. They give you free body lotion, toothbrush, razor and shower caps to take to your room as well as very nice shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Toilet had a lovely warm seat and wash sprays. Kettle was nice to have. The best was the buffet breakfast with a range of western and Japanese foods, with different fruit each day.

The staff was always extra helpful Left room keys in room once by mistake - easily fixed Laundry facilities include laundry soap in machine - a Japan Magic touch Room was clean, Requests for extra pillows was fulfilled quickly and the bed was comfy - rooms are small, but that's Japan!!!! We enjoyed our stay at Toshi hotel! The staff was pleasant and friendly, the room was spacious, and requests were granted quickly. They even had a microwave in the lobby. The hotel was centrally located so we could walk to several cafes. The area was very quiet at nights so we could rest peacefully! We will definitely return there!
