We arrived late for check in. Apparently they have a system that then cancels your booking. Hence; we were provided a double room for a family. The day after they denied to compensate in any way. Very bad experience - we have chosen the place due to good reviews which it did for sure not live up to. absolutely did not meet

The hotel is very good in many ways except for the bed. The service is attentive, it offers transportation to some important places in the area, and the breakfast is varied and tasty. The only negative, and very important thing for me, is that the bed is a board; it couldn't be any harder, and I didn't know that level of hardness existed. I asked for something to put on top of it so I could sleep that night, which thankfully was the only one. I suggest they change at least some of the mattresses for people like me who can't sleep on a bed as hard as that.
