The hotel was very luxurious. We stayed in the residence. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Things I loved: 1.) the pool was phenomenal 2.) staff was very friendly 3.) hotel was very close to the restaurants. 4.) It’s well renovated 3 things I did not like: 1.) toilet didn’t have a bidet/hose, it’s the 21st century and we’re in an Arab country, removing it doesn’t mean luxury. 2.) the black out curtains still let light in. 3.) The lobby was way too far from the apartments, our key stopped working so we had to go all the way down and walk across to get a key. A separate lobby should be more accessible for the apartments.
