Basic rooms, clean and functional, but it would have been good to have a fridge as well as more than one pillow per bed. OK breakfast, did not try the restaurant for dinner. We stayed here with our family for few nights. Generally it is a good clean hotel, there is a play room that is useful with kids and there is a reasonable priced parking. Breakfast was good, nothing too special. Both mornings the cake was tasty. Some random notes - bathroom floor was SUPER slippery. Toilet paper was the worst, soap was oily that needed tons of rinsing. Improvement suggestions for the hotel would be that you could open the play room a bit earlier so that on a rainy day one of the parents could sleep a bit longer.. + Location + Staff + Kids playroom - toilet paper - soap/shampoo - bathroom floor - weird smell in our room, maybe the aircon machine..

This hotel is conveniently right next to the bus station, which suit our purpose of arriving and leaving by coach. The room was spacious and clean, we had a good view of the river. It is also close to shopping and dining area, and within very short walking distance to the old town. The staff was friendly and very available. The breakfast was also nicely prepared. We also dined at the restaurant at dinner, the food was delicious as well, they are priced reasonably, especially with the 10% discount for hotel guests. Will recommend this hotel.

Convenient location, next to bus station and practically everything in the city center. Good breakfast. Bathroom could use some more thought. Put a stopper in the sink. There are modern ones that are convenient and don't get stolen. Also, how about some wash cloths? A non-slip mat for the very slippery tile floor in the shower would help. A few disposable plastic cups in the bathroom would be nice. Glass glasses are a bit dangerous in bathrooms where people are walking barefoot. The soap was fine, but extremely difficult to wash off. Perhaps not compatible with the water in Tartu?
