Amazing hotel but avoid the breakfast
Cleanliness of the hotel is very good. Staff are very welcoming and accommodating. Facilities are overall very good, the gym could have a few extra bit for people who use weights rather than cardio/ machines. The biggest let down was the breakfast, there wasn't a huge choice and it was very basic choices. Also the cooked breakfast options were quite honestly shocking, the standard of the cooked breakfast such as, hash browns, eggs, bacon, etc... was lower than nearly every 4 star hotel I have stayed at before this one. Being a 5 star hotel I was expecting big things from the breakfast but was very let down. If I stayed here again I would avoid the breakfast.

Less than 5 star
This hotel is NOT 5 star! At best it is 4 star. I preordered a bottle of champagne to be placed in the room for our arrival to celebrate a wedding anniversary. I had to pay for this as soon as I arrived and could not put it onto my room to settle at the end of my stay. On arrival at our room the champagne was not there. Another visit to reception was made to be told by one member of staff that it had been placed in the room while another said they would fetch it!! Complimentary water and coffee in the rooms were only for the first night, additional water was charged at €3 per bottle. A charge of €10 was levied for the use of the sauna & steam room. The attached showers were dirty with every cubicle having human hair covering the drains. Clearly not checked on a regular basis. A complaint resulted in waiving the fee. Certainly not expected of a ‘5 star’ hotel. Very disappointing visit.

Such a Pleasure
My brother and I loved this place. Beautiful facility, each room with spaciou decks with a water view. I used the spa and had, literally, the best massage ever by Maria. Rates are very reasonable for all you get. We ate at the hotel and their restaurants were excellent. We asked the bartender if he could make a Manhattan and he didn't know how. The next night he served us a very well made Manhattan. Now that's service.

An amazing hotel, very big but very quiet at the same time. Super luxury. Rooms were large and really comfortable. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. Food was incredibly good, huge choice for breakfast. Just can’t fault anything, and best of all, only a 15 minute taxi ride from the airport.
