Perfect location
Perfect location in centre of Zagreb with free parking available. The parking is about 10 minutes walk from hotel on mainly pedestrian streets, so no issue with rolling you baggage to hotel. Staff friendly and helpful and managed to get us an early check in after an early morning flight arrival. Staff lent us umbrellas for a city walk. The hotel is up a quiet side street with well furnished rooms. Good breakfast offered on site.

Great location
The hotel was in a convenient location walkable around Zagreb center. Our only complaint was that there is a night club next to the hotel with a top floor terrace bar. Our room was facing toward the front of the building on the top floor, right next to the terrace bar. So if you're looking for a quiet night stay on a Saturday night...forget it. The music boomed until 4:00 in the morning. We got NO sleep that night. The next day we had to put on a little pressure to get moved from the front of the building to the back (which faces gardens). When we checked in, I asked if the front facing rooms were quiet (as they also face a cafe courtyard and the street). I was assured they were; however, I wish I had pursued getting a room that faced toward the garden/back. I'm not sure, though, if that would have made any difference regarding the Saturday night roof top bar and music, as it probably would have echoed everywhere. Overall, the staff was very friendly and rooms comfortable.

Location is just perfect, but it's not the best thing of this cosy hotel. Staff is very helpful and always smiley! Breakfast is abundant although the hotel consists of only 18 rooms. Definitely recommended, if we visit again Zagreb, will choose the same hotel!!!

Could be better
Although the attic room is not quite what we’ve expected, no elevator but the hotel is located a nice little alley of shops and bars. Party goers and music can be loud at night but we managed. The hotel acted as a getaway from lower town to the upper town dotted with the most beautiful Christmas decorations and drinks booths along the corridor. While we love the location and amenities around it, the hotel can do better at breakfast (food was cold) and poor air conditioning. It was still too warm for us during winter.
