It was a great place close to the lake and just perfect for a solo trip. Comfortable furnishings and a great deck balcony looking into the woods with a visit from a deer in the morning. Only a couple negatives…The bathtub wouldn’t drain well and the plug wouldn’t work to draw a bath. Overall a great place to stay!

We really enjoyed the villa and had a great stay. What we really liked was the wildlife right outside in the backyard. Every morning and evening 4 large turkeys would come through and settle in the yard across the street. There was also a fawn and its mother that would walk through at the same time. It was quiet and we barely heard the neighbors. We wished we could stay longer because it was just so peaceful. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were top tier. The air conditioner packed a punch and kept the unit at the ideal temperature. The placement of the couch right in front of the air conditioner wasnt the best while watching television in the late evenings. Our favorite feature was the balcony and seating that was provided. My husband was able to almost finish his book in the time we had during our stay. He specifically woke up early both days so that he could sit outside, watch the turkeys, deer and wildlife and read. The only issue I had was the shower. It was a small shower head and it was a little difficult to shower with. Now I might just be used to a larger one so I am unsure if that was the difference? I had to mark 4 stars for cleanliness because of the shower head and random hairs on the wall and shower curtain. However, don't let that deter you from choosing this very nice unit. Jennifer was so helpful and inviting. She contacted us every step of the way and made checking in and out a breeze! We will book again in the future.

It was exactly what we needed for our trip to the Warren Dunes. It was a short drive to the beach, very convenient location. The patio was such a relaxing spot to start and end each day. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. We would definitely stay here again!

Cool, beachy vibe!!

Cool beachy vibe, easy in and out access. Walking distance to beach and close proximity to local coffee shops and wineries. The space was cozy and sort of like an extra large hotel room with full kitchenette. If you are looking for something different than the common hotel definitely recommend. The only thing i would change is the shower head...plenty of water pressure but thats just one simple easy change. We loved the stay.

The room was very clean , supplied what we needed , even a kuerig with coffee . It was very close to the beach , not walkable for us seniors but a short drive . We had an issue with the Tv and the host was very quick to reply and get the problem resolved . The check-in process was very easy . I would definitely stay here again!

Really nice property that’s well decorated. Very convenient for Weko beach, there isn’t a lot of stuff close. St. Joe is only 20 minutes away with lots of more amenities. Great space and great host. My only complaint is the cleanliness. The floor was covered with sand when we got there. We vacuumed and it seemed to help but not the best first impression. There were also lots of cobwebs on the walls. There were visible stains on the kitchen counter that we were able to clean. Could use a better cleaner. I would also have expected some basic beach supplies, being marketed at a beach getaway. A couple chairs and some beach towels would really add to the value of this place.
