The neighborhood of Ponta Negra is in the southern part of the colorful city of Natal and its beach is widely known as one of Brazil’s best. Everything is centered around beach life here—shop, dine, and dance all night in beachfront stores, seafood joints, and nightclubs facing the ocean.
Beach huts called barracas serve food and drinks day and night. While you relax or swim in the sparkling waters, multicolored fishing boats come in to shore, and the picturesque landmark Bald Hill—a giant forested dune with an exposed sandy façade—forever towers at the beach’s northern tip.

Hotel bom, atendimento muito bom, funcionários atenciosos, o anexo do hotel que fica à beira mar é muito bom para crianças, vale muito a pena se hospedar!

I thought the room could have been cleaner. Floor was stick and beds did not feel fresh. Breakfast food was ok. here was a good variety of food but not the quality I expected.

Hotel staff were friendly, nice buffet breakfast, clean rooms with beautiful views and a 5 minute walk to paradise on the beach. Not a good place for younger people and children to vacation.

Good clean hotel, let down by noisy air con in the room, although all ac units in brazil are like this. overall quality is good for brazil, but european and north american travellers might be dissapointed. ponte negra is bit of a dump, but some of the most beautiful beaches in the world are only 30minutes away.

Walking distance to beach and Morro do Careca. Lots of restaurants and bars, shopping center is also close. Keep in mind that the city of Natal is a 25 min cab ride. Great stay!
