​The hotel's location is fantastic, but the property is starting to feel quite tired and needs some updating. Unfortunately, street noise is a major issue that could easily be resolved with secondary glazing. Additionally, our front basement room was heavily impacted by smoke from people lingering outside the window. With some TLC and soundproofing, this place could be great.

The room was not very hygienic. Towels has hairs on them. The sink was outside of the bathroom, it was in the bedroom with no hand soap. Also there were spider webs and molds in the wall. The staff was super friendly though and the location is great.

The hotel was comfortable in a good location. A small rooms definitely small rbut it's cozy. Staff were very friendly and helpful and a lovely cafe right next to the hotel! We would visit again. Anna the receptionist was very friendly.
