It was a shame the spa was out of order the time that we were their, it was one of the facilities that made us choose your resort. Due to an advertising issue we were going to get a unit that did not have all the facilities, the Manager was excellent and honored the booking, we were very grateful and impressed as we were undergoing a tragic family issue and had travelled 7 hours. The smell that came up threw the pipes, how dirty the room was... This place could be a realy nice place but has been let go, i feel for the people who stay there as the photos on the web sites look nothing like how it is... The management nead to lift there game, not happy and wont be back...

The rooms were small with no balcony. From the pictures they show we expected a room with a balcony to sit out on. Toliets werent clean they had explosion of poo from last guests. When we said something when we left lady said well we do have 30 plus toilets to clean. No excuse toilets first thing someone should clean.

The room was basic and pleasant enough; the bed would move if you put any weight on it at all, which made for a challenging time getting on and off the bed. The apartment was reserved due to parking onsite - this did not occur at all, parking on street at a distance was required.
