We had an amazing stay here! The hotel grounds are beautiful and you feel like you're in a temple. It's right next to the beach too which is amazing - plus the hotel pools are great so you're spoiled for choice! We enjoyed our room even if it wasn't anything special, but it was clean and the bed super comfy! The only small things were that food, drinks, spa and the hotel taxi were a bit expensive for the area, but it was convenient! I also celebrated my birthday there and thought I may get a little treat (it doesn't have to be anything big!), but I didnt even get a 'happy birthday'.. Dont want to sound spoiled, but those small things is what makes a place stand out!

Room was good and clean. Staff at this hotel did not look happy and lacked commitment. No cultural or any other activities at all. Breakfast was not bad but not good either. Coffee was not offered so had to work hard to catch someone’s eye. Grounds were in urgent need of maintenance. One lady tripped on a broken tile. No effort was made to fix it. She was badly bruised and shaken and the hotel should have taken her to BIMC for X-rays.. Guests are not made to feel welcome at this hotel. Overpriced and coasting along on past reputation

Quiet clean resort located on nice beach .Gardens and pools well maintained.Not a big selection of cafes outside but main Sanur tourist area can be accessed by taxi with ease.Only negative was that daily housekeeping of room and supply of toiletries / towels a bit hit and miss.
